Finding a builder can be a real minefield, we have a great deal of experience to build it for you and we can point you in the right direction of quality material We can assist with tender evaluations and help you to choose the material to achieve your imgination.
Timescale
This is what you will be most eager to pin down to the days and hours. Especially when we are working where you live, it is important to you and us that you are comfortable.
If there are hours that construction workers can’t be in your property, we will work considerately of this and ensure that we manage realistic expectations of when your project will reach completion with understanding of all factors involved.
Planning and Regulation
Dealing with any local authority is stressful, let alone when it comes down to working on your own personal property. This is why we encourage our clients to let us deal with the bureaucrats, whilst you focus on picking out what matters to you, be it paint colours or new bedding and curtains!
