Concept Design
Once an initial quote has been agreed, and a survey completed by our building surveyor, we enter into a dialogue where you let us know what you hope to achieve with your project. This information is then shaped into the initial drawing for your approval.

Detailed
Design
Following agreement with you on the design of the development we finalise the drawings and put the finishing touches to the design, ready for submission to the Local Authority.
This usually takes a week at most, and at this stage cements into reality exactly what will be constructed. This is the start of your dream becoming reality!
